Stand straight with arms relaxed. Measure across the back from the tip of one shoulder to the other.
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits and across your shoulder blades. Make sure it’s snug but not too tight.
Measure around your natural waistline, which is usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape measure comfortably snug, but not too tight.
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually around the widest point of your buttocks.
For inseam length, measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle. Make sure to stand straight and have someone assist you if needed to ensure accuracy.
